Re: Branch Libraries in VDX

We have secured license agreements for each branch library which is live in WYLD. This means that a branch may process their own inter library loan requests. The headquarters library may also process branch requests by logging on as the branch. User names are the three, four or five letter WYLD codes for each library - e.g., wsl, alta, lyman. The password is the same as the username.

Many of the branch staff attended the training sessions in July. If you do not feel comfortable training your branch staff in using VDX we will provide additional training at the following locations: Wright, Sheridan, Cheyenne, Big Piney and Saratoga. We will notify you when dates and arrangements have been confirmed.

Requests placed by patrons served from branches that are not live in WYLD will have to be processed by the headquarters library.
