WYLD Library Upgrades Information
An upgrade to Symphony 3.4.1, Patch Cluster 1 will occur during the weekend of August 11th-12th, 2012. This upgrade will require an update to the Workflows software on library staff workstations. This upgrade does not effect WYLDCAT, VDX or Director's Station.
This version of Symphony is currently installed on the test server and can be accessed by changing the IP address at login to 159.238.206.4
There are two noteworthy features in this version.
- Workflows tabbed windows
- Fix to the holds on shelf report picking up non-holdable locations

Setting the option for tabbed windows in WorkFlows
For those logging into WorkFlows for the first time on Sunday August 12 or after, look for Marc's email that Sunday saying when the system is available. You do not have have to upgrade the WorkFlows client if it is not convenient to do so at that time - just answer 'No' to the upgrade question. Until you answer 'yes' and perform the upgrade, you will get the upgrade request message.
