The Wyoming Libraries Foundation met July 24, 2007 via conference call. The current slate of officers were retained. The board voted to purchase a gift for Joe French on his retirement as he had served as our fiscal agent. Jack Willmarth has agreed to continued in that position for the board.
Whether retirement gifts for other persons serving the WYLD Foundation was discussed. No decision was reached pending further enquiry.
